Payment
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT
Tonka Papers uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
Tonka Papers ships orders on weekdays if the product is in stock. The delivery time for wall decorations bought on the webshop is normally 3-5 working days in DK. Custom-made wallpaper wall decorations are sent by appointment. Delivery costs DKK 49 for orders under DKK 499.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Tonka Paperes will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on cash on delivery are not accepted.
Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Wallpaper that is custom-made by agreement cannot be returned. It is therefore always recommended to order a sample of wallpaper.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.
The notice must be given by mail at info@tonkapapers.com. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The item's condition when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. The back of the wall decoration must not be removed and it must not be attempted to be installed.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
The product must be repackaged carefully and in the same way as you received it, so that creases do not occur and the product is thereby damaged during transport.
